Area residents are in for a sweet treat with the opening of the first Culver’s restaurant in Osceola County.

The new restaurant, located at 9070 W. U.S. Highway 192, is expected to open in November. It will employ more than 50 part-time and full-time individuals.
“We’re thrilled to bring handcrafted, high-quality meals and desserts to the Disney area of Kissimmee/Four Corners,” said Nathan Devine, franchise owner. “As a kid, I vacationed with my family from Wisconsin to Walt Disney World and Orlando. We think it’s a wonderful area and we are excited to bring a little taste of Wisconsin to the region by becoming a contributing and active member of the community.”
When completed, the restaurant will have dine-in seating for 90 guests, a patio, drive-through and take-out service. After ordering at the front counter, guests seat themselves and relax while their food is cooked-to-order and delivered to their tables.

Culver’s signature sandwich and guest-favorite is the ButterBurger. It is made with fresh, U.S. beef and topped with a lightly buttered and toasted bun. Cooked-to-order favorites include the bacon deluxe and mushroom and swiss butterburger.
But it is Culver’s fresh frozen custard that may have you coming back for more. It is made from fresh Wisconsin dairy. Each batch is handcrafted throughout the day. In addition to making their own creations, guests can customize their desserts with more than 30 mix-ins and toppings. Every day Culver’s offers three flavors of fresh frozen custard: vanilla, chocolate and a flavor of the day.
The restaurant also features many other choices, including real Wisconsin cheese curds, a dairy land delicacy, fresh garden salads and North Atlantic cod filet sandwiches. Kid’s meals are also available.
